You’ve probably worked up an appetite with all the fun you’ve been having! At Currents Seaside Entertainment, you can easily order beach bites to satisfy every craving. There are pool service attendants available to take your order, or you can pop over to our pool service cabanas and grab your snacks and drinks. Our pool menu includes delicious beach bites like Big Wave Nachos or a hummus plate, or you can grab some essentials like a chicken salad wrap or a stone-fired flatbread pizza. Wash it all down with a bucket drink or a signature cocktail like our Kingston Krush, which takes mango pineapple rum and passion fruit rum and mixes with lime, cranberry, and sour mix, and is topped off with a Don Q 151 rum floater. We’ll take two!

We couldn’t talk about all of these new additions without mentioning the all-new Myrtle Beach taphouse and restaurant, Black Drum Brewing. Located directly behind Currents Seaside Entertainment, ocean views and the distinct flavors of the Carolinas are the pull of this restaurant. The extensive menu is Carolina born and brewed with options from small plates, fresh seafood, and house-smoked meats with delicious BBQ sauces that are all made in-house (and are unbelievable). There are also 40 taps to choose from that carry beer from both North and South Carolina — you’ll have trouble deciding which one to try! We recommend our brand-new beer, Coastal Haze, brewed in collaboration with Legal Remedy Brewing. We took premium Carolina-grown malts from Riverbend Malt House in Asheville, NC, and dry hopped with large doses of El Dorado and Simcoe hops to give a pineapple and mango aroma and flavor with an earthy finish.
