Getting Around Kingston Resorts
Posted on March 11, 2025
Picture this: you’ve finally arrived at Kingston Resorts for your week-long vacation. Perhaps you’re coming at the peak of summer, perhaps it’s the middle of March break. Either way, you needed this. Now you’re here, you’ve made it, and we’re here to take care of the rest — including getting you where you want to go!
Did you know that we offer a complimentary shuttle service that will take you throughout the property, as well as anywhere within a two-mile radius of the resort?
Here are a few of our favorite spots to go, on the resort and off.
On the Resort
At Kingston Resorts, we take pride in our hotels, condominium communities, on-site restaurants, fitness center, and nine—that’s right, nine!—pools across the property. But if you’re staying at the Hilton, how do you get to Currents Seaside Entertainment? If you’re at the Embassy, or the condos, how do you get to that fabulous new restaurant all the way across the resort?
In addition to walking or biking, try taking the shuttle! Here are a few of our favorite things to do and spots to visit.
The Landing
Whether you want to push yourself with a high-intensity workout at 78Fitness or unwind at Spa33, the Landing is your go-to spot for self-improvement.
On the spa side, pamper yourself with an array of massages, facials, and body treatments that will leave you looking as good as you feel. On the gym side, you’ll find a state-of-the-art fitness facility, an indoor pool and splash pad, plus outdoor pickleball and tennis courts. If you want to improve your golf game, take advantage of our outdoor putting green or indoor golf simulators.
Too tired after your workout to walk back to your room? That’s where the shuttle has you covered.
Grab a Bite to Eat
Don’t ask us to pick a favorite restaurant! You really can’t go wrong with any of them. At Café Amalfi you’ll find an upscale dining experience with unbeatable ocean views. Black Drum offers some of the best local fare around, Coastal Grill & Bar is guaranteed to have something for all ages, and Wet Whistle is perfect for grabbing a bite to eat and a deliciously cold drink on a hot summer day. While all of these restaurants (and more) are spread across the property, you’re never more than a quick trip on the shuttle from your next favorite meal.
Take a Dip in the Pool
A visit to South Carolina in the summertime means one thing: swimming, swimming, and more swimming!
Situated along a beautiful stretch of Myrtle Beach, we’re lucky to have the ocean right here in our backyard. But if you’re looking for an aquatic option even closer to your home-away-from-home, visit any of the pools on our property.
If you want to go big, look no further than Currents Seaside Entertainment. It’s located right next to Black Drum, meaning you can compliment your poolside experience with some tasty drinks and apps before, during, or after your swim. The sand-bottom pool at the Hilton is a healthy medium for those who aren’t quite ready to dip a toe in the great Atlantic.
The best part? All these pools are accessible via shuttle.
Beyond Kingston Resorts
Typically, when you vacation at a resort, you’ll want to spend all your time there. But when you stay at Kingston Resorts, Myrtle Beach is just too beautiful to pass up. So here are some of our favorite places you can visit nearby via shuttle!
Shop ‘til you drop
Vacation is a perfect time for some good old-fashioned retail therapy, and our shuttle has you covered! Take a quick trip on the shuttle to the Tanger Outlet Mall, where you can shop to your heart’s content, choosing from dozens of stores and restaurants—Aerie, Old Navy, Five Guys, Gap, you name it, they’ve got it!

Get into the Swing of Things
Once you’ve warmed up at 78Fitness’ putting green and golf simulator, take your a-game to the shores of Myrtle Beach.
The Arcadian Shores Golf Club is within a two-mile radius of Kingston Resorts and easily accessible by shuttle! Now, all you have to worry about is sinking that hole in one.
Of course, this is only a small sample of where the shuttle can take you. If you’d like to grab a bite to eat off-resort, try Chestnut Hill Restaurant, Clearwater Oyster Bar & Grill, or Chesapeake House. You can enjoy a round of mini golf with the family at Aloha Mini Golf, or break in your dancing shoes at 3001 Nightlife. Our shuttle makes taking in the best of Myrtle Beach a breeze!
To access any of these attractions—and more—simply stop by the concierge desk at any of our hotels or facilities. Now that you know how to get around Kingston Resorts and Myrtle Beach with ease, there’s only one thing left to do—book that dream trip today!
