Greetings from Kingston Resorts!

Now that Labor Day has passed, signaling the official end of the summer season, the best months of the year are still ahead of us!

As we reflect on the summer season (Memorial Day Weekend to Labor Day Weekend) at Kingston Resorts, we are reminded that we are the premiere tourist destination along the Grand Strand. While occupancy and rate declined in the market, we showed growth in both areas across the resort.

The resort has a few activities on the horizon that we hope you will take part in, the Monday evening owner’s reception has returned to the Black Drum patio, a homeowner drop in is scheduled for October 10th. The team has also been preparing for the holidays with this years them “Kingston Express”, starting Thanksgiving weekend running each Saturday until Christmas.
