Meet the Team

Director of Condominium Operations, Rachelle Rhodes, has had the pleasure of working at Kingston since 1994. She has worked in Human Resources and moved permanently to the Condo Office in 1995.

Courtney Baldwin began her career at Kingston in 2017 with our Front Office. She moved to the Condo Office in 2018. Courtney spends most of her time working with the new Residence Program owners and guests.

Donna Cooke has been with Kingston since 1999. She has held various positions over the years with our Front Office, Accounting, and now the Condo Office. Donna spends most of her time out on property doing inspections and helping to make sure the units are ready for arrivals.

Laura Pezzella joined our team in 2013. She occasionally gets out on property but most owners recognize her as the face and voice of our office. Laura is usually the first to answer the phone and assist walk in traffic with needs.

Charlene Self is the newest addition to our team. She joined us in 2023 and she brings a wealth of knowledge to the table! Charlene owned her own realty company for over 20 years and her main focus is helping new owners as they join the rental program.

Whittley Tucker joined us in 2023 after working with other rental companies in the area. Like Donna, she spends most of her time on the resort inspecting and preparing for arrivals. They work hard to ensure our owners and guests are getting our best
